Our Service Guarantee

We proudly offer a Service Guarantee if the specific, agreed-upon results (as outlined in your onboarding proposal or agreement) are not achieved, our team will continue working with you free of charge until the agreed results are delivered. However, We do not offer refunds for services rendered because of the nature of our services.

This guarantee reflects our confidence in the value we bring and our commitment to long-term partnerships.

Scope of the Guarantee

  • The guarantee is valid only when both parties have jointly agreed upon measurable outcomes, deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities during the onboarding process.

     

  • These outcomes are clearly mentioned in the signed agreement or proposal document.

     

  • We will continue working on the project without charging any additional service fees until those targets are met.

     

Client Responsibilities

To be eligible for this service guarantee, the client must:

  1. Fulfill all responsibilities and approvals as per the timeline mutually agreed upon (e.g., timely feedback, content approval, asset delivery).

     

  2. Make payments according to the payment schedule mentioned in the agreement.

     

  3. Follow the strategy and framework suggested by our team without major deviations.

     

  4. Be responsive and cooperative throughout the campaign duration.

     

Failure to meet the above responsibilities may void the service guarantee.

Refunds Will NOT Be Provided In The Following Cases:

  • When the agreed deliverables were achieved, but the client later changes expectations.

     

  • When delays are caused due to client-side inaction, non-responsiveness (over 14 days), or lack of coordination.

     

  • When payments were not completed as per the agreed schedule.

     

  • In case of project cancellation after work has commenced.

     

Refund/Guarantee Claim Process

If you believe the results have not been achieved as per agreement, you may write to us at [contact@weewinmedia.com] within 15 days of project completion or deadline. Your request must clearly include:

  • Your company/project name.

     

  • A copy of the signed agreement.

     

  • Specific deliverables/results not met.

     

  • Evidence of cooperation and timely approvals from your side.

     

Our team will review your case within 7 working days and respond with the next steps.

WeeWin Media does not promise or guarantee sales, revenue, or return on ad spend (ROAS). Marketing results depend on multiple external variables like market response, competition, audience behavior, and economic conditions. However, we are committed to making every effort possible to help you achieve the targets outlined in our agreement.

Pricing Transparency

In case a claim is found to be true, our team will keep working for free on your project until the agreed upon results are achieved. Your services will be activated and continued and you will be informed about the same within 7 working days
